DISIC MOWER
PRONAR PDD1050
The PRONAR PDD1050 disc mower, thanks to its large working width (up to 10.5 m), should meet the expectations of farmers focused on maximum mowing efficiency. The machine, mounted at the rear of the tractor, achieves the greatest efficiency in cooperation with a front mower with a working width of at least 3.4 m, which of course does not exclude the possibility of cooperation with smaller-sized machines. For example, the mower can be hydraulically moved to a working width of 9.7 m and then combined with a front mower with a working width of 3 m. The tractor’s power requirement in the optimal set is 200 HP.
MULCHING MOWER
KPR500
The KPR500 mulching mower has been designed to meet the expectations of users looking for effective and multi-purpose machines for working on large areas. The machine with a 5-meter working width is perfect for mowing and mulching grass, weeds, reeds, stubble and bushes. The large angle of deflection of the wings in relation to the main deck (25° downwards and upwards) ensures optimal ground surface tracking. The six-wheel running gear with wide tires allows for smooth operation also in marshy and wet terrain without leaving deep ruts. Adjustment of mowing height is easy – you only need to change the number of adjustment plates.
DISC MOWER
PRONAR PDD830
PRONAR PDD830 is a double-sided disc mower which us is an excellent choice for farmers with larger areas of grassland. It is also an alternative to expensive self-propelled mowers. The mower combinations consist of two 3 meter wide rear mounted disc mowers ( left one and right one) assembled on the frame. The mower has all kinetic and feasible features of the PDT300 rear mounted mower (except the number of transport positions). PDD830 is designed to interact with a front mounted mower of min 3 m working width. Swath width of such a set is 8,3 m. PDD830 double-sided disc mower can be transported only in one transport position i.e. when raised and folded at the side of the tractor. In case of collision, the cutting unit protects hydraulic cutting unit by rising and tilting backwards.

PRONAR PDT260C
PRONAR PDT260C rear mounted disc mower. Central suspension which was used in the mower ensures an excellent operation on uneven and steep surface, clean and aesthetic cut and also optimum cutting height. Another advantage of this design is the three – step adjustment system of stay springs – 70, 80 or 90 kg which guarantees optimum pressure of the mower on the ground depending on the type of surface from soft soil, peat, up to the hard and dry. Extensive range of inclination (-16º to + 11º) facilitates operation on uneven and steep surface.
All components in direct contact with the ground are made of hardened boron steel.
PRONAR PDT 260C rear mounted disc mower is equipped with a swath conditioner. This mower performs simultaneous grass mowing and swath conditioning. Consequently, grass is dried faster because conditioner teeth distribute mown material uniformly.
Transporting the mower can take place in three different positions:
vertically at the rear of the tractor;
vertically at the side of the tractor;
horizontally at the rear of the tractor.
This model has light but strong structure where high quality cutter bars made of materials with increased strength were used. Cutter bars were designed in PRONAR Department of Implementation and tested in highly demanding conditions. The results meet the requirements of even the most demanding farmers.

PRONAR PDD830C is a double-sided disc mower with swath conditioner is an excellent choice for farmers with larger areas of grassland. It is also an alternative to expensive self-propelled mowers. In this mower a swath conditioner was used where intensity of swath conditioning can be adjusted by shifting the lever located on the conditioner housing. There are swath conditioner fingers, with double shock absorption. The double-sided mower PDD830C consists of two 3 meter wide rear mounted disc mowers ( left one and right one) assembled on the frame. The mower has all kinetic and feasible features of the PDT300C rear mounted mower (except the number of transport positions). PDD830C is designed to interact with a front mounted mower of min 3 m working width.
